In 2002, Geoffrey Terwilliger started NYST, know as New York Southern Tier. NYST was created to service the real estate foreclosure industry and all servicing aspects of the REO and field service industry. In 2006 Chris Scata joined the company and in 2009 CVG management LLC was created. CVG Management LLC was split in 2011 and our new partner Jeffery Spear joined us to create Finger Lakes South Enterprises.
